Job Description

  • Establish positioning, identify target, developing marketing plans with specific objectives across different channels and segments
  • Lead the execution of marketing programs from start to finish

Job Description

For our fast-growing subsidiary in the USA, Ofil is looking for a SALES MANAGER to develop the North American market that practices or intends to practice overhead electrical grid lines airborne inspections using helicopters. The sale manager will introduce Ofil’s stabilized multi-spectral gimbaled systems to potential buyers, helicopter operators, electrical utilities, aerial services contractors, and any organization that will benefit from using these systems.      

The Sales Manager will be working closely with OFIL’s global sales, marketing and product management teams and enjoy full cooperation with a highly competent team.

The position involves traveling throughout NA.

Report to:

– Direct: OFIL North America CEO

– Doted: OFIL Systems Group CEO

Role & Key Responsibilities
  • Target the aerial inspection services
  • Address electrical the power distribution organizations, aerial inspection contractors, Helicopters operators
  • Develop, nurture and maintain long-term client relationships with all levels of management, including level-C
  • Act as the point of contact throughout the sales cycle, starting with a lead up to after sale customer service
  • Interact with potential customers to understand their needs and offer solutions
  • Identify opportunities and act to fulfil them
  • Coordinate on-site demonstrations, training & customers meetings
  • Identify, develop and leverage business relationship with organizations that can contribute their complementary proprietary added values, such as sensors, software, integrators etc.,  for synergetic collaboration
  • Former Helicopter combat pilot in the US defense forces
