Job description
- Developing the territory to increase sales of the company products.
- Achieve Growth and Revenue Targets: Set and monitor ambitious growth and
revenue targets for the territory.
- Maintain and develop channel partners relationships and strategies for expanding
sales in the territory.
- Analyze, develop, and implement sales strategies across all workflow solutions
markets to meet the company’s strategic objectives.
- Analysis of the electrical market’s development and needs in relation to Ofil’s
business.
- Member of OFIL Global Sales Force Team, participate in meetings and On-going
Collaboration with all OFIL’S managers & employees.
- Developing and successful implementation of the sales plan for territories.
- Supporting (relations, access) to the company’s regulation activities in the territories he/she is active in.
Job Requirements:
- 5-7 years as sales/presales role
- High level of customer-facing skills.
- Experience in developing territory markets to increase sales.
- Experience in managing distributors, including training, attending customer
meetings.
- Field proven interpersonal sales experience (especially in capital devices)
experience of working with distributions – MUST.
- Strong understanding of the market dynamics and business landscape.
- Proven Experience in B2B, with a history of successful experience in selling high-tech products to markets.
- Product and solution implementation.
- Initiative, innovative, creative, hard worker, hands-on & teamwork personality.
- Capable of multitasking and working under pressure.
- Ability to plan and manage at both strategic and operational levels.
- Exceptionally self-motivated and directed.
- Demonstrated success in achieving and exceeding sales and revenue targets.
- Readiness to frequent travels
