Position Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven
Sales Director to lead sales growth across the U.S. market. This role is responsible for driving revenue through direct and indirect sales, managing channel partners, expanding strategic
partnerships, and strengthening OFIL’s market presence across power utilities, renewable energy, rotating machinery, and EV sectors.
The position combines
hardware, SaaS, and licensing offerings, centered around OFIL’s industry-leading UV camera technology.
Key Responsibilities
- Business Development: Drive new customer acquisition and expand existing accounts to achieve revenue growth targets.
- Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including C-level executives and technical teams.
- Strategic Account Growth: Identify opportunities within existing accounts and ensure long-term customer satisfaction and retention.
- Channel Management: Recruit, develop, and manage channel partners.
- Sales Execution: Develop and implement strategic sales plans aligned with company objectives.
- Demo: Conduct product demonstrations and deliver compelling value propositions to customers.
- Training & Enablement: Train and support customers and partners to ensure effective product utilization and market success.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with global teams, including Growth and Corporate Accounts, to execute targeted campaigns.
- Industry Representation: Represent OFIL at exhibitions, conferences, and industry events.
Skills & Qualifications
- Proven experience in electrical utilities and power markets.
- Strong network within utilities, energy, or industrial sectors, including access to C-level stakeholders.
- Demonstrated “hunter” mentality with a track record of closing new business.
- Ability to develop and execute strategic sales plans independently.
- Strong presentation and communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical value propositions.
- Hands-on experience delivering technical demos and training.
Education
- Bachelor’s degree (B.Sc.) in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Mechanical Engineering, Physics, or a related technical field.
