OFIL provides a personalized onboarding session to help you get started with your new system. This includes setup guidance, feature overview, and usage tips to ensure optimal performance from day one.

Warranty & Repair Policy
- Standard Warranty: 18 months from delivery
- Out-of-Warranty Repairs: Quotation provided
- Accessories Warranty: 6 months
- Extended Warranty: Available upon request
Return Material Authorization (RMA)
Before Sending a Product for Repair:
- Contact: [email protected]
- Complete and sign the RMA Form
- Attach the form to the unit before shipping
- Do not send items without prior approval
- Systems must be packaged in the original box or equivalent protective packaging
Important Notes:
No repairs will be performed without formal written approval of OFIL support
- Units will be evaluated upon arrival
- A repair quotation will be issued if applicable
