By issuing a PO or signing this quotation, we grant OFIL Ltd. (“OFIL”) a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to:

- Display, reproduce, distribute, and otherwise utilize these materials for marketing, advertising, and promotional purposes across various media channels.
We confirm that we have the right to grant this license. This license remains in effect unless we withdraw consent in writing, applying only to future use.
