2. The Only Data We Collect

The only personal data we collect and store is the information you submit in the access form:

• Full name;
• Company name;
• Job title;
• Work email address;
• Country;
• The professional role you select.

We do not collect anything beyond these fields. We do not build hidden profiles of you, and we do not track your activity inside the calculator.

3. Your Calculator Inputs Stay With You

The financial values and asset details you enter into the calculator are processed entirely in your browser. They are not transmitted to OFIL and are not stored on our servers.

We only ever receive these figures if you take a deliberate action to share them with us, for example by submitting a contact request. Nothing from the calculator is retained by us.

4. Purposes and Legal Bases for Processing

We process the form data described in Section 2 for the following purposes and on the following legal bases under applicable data protection law (including the EU/UK General Data Protection Regulation):

Your contact details are recorded in our customer relationship management (CRM) system, operated by a third-party service provider that acts as our data processor under a written agreement and may only process the data on our documented instructions. We do not sell your personal data, and we do not disclose it to third parties for their own marketing purposes.
